Who we are
Based on the beautiful island of Aruba, we are a multidisciplinary and international team of professionals who walk the talk when it comes to creating change for the better; to become more sustainable and resilient.
Each of us come from different backgrounds in both the private and public sectors and all have a deep passion for innovation as a catalyst to create a better person, a better company, a better government – eventually leading to a better society. We work on the intersection of social, technical and economic innovation and use the best (combinations) of those worlds to find the necessary solutions.
We oversee worldwide developments and strategically translate them to local and organizational opportunities and challenges. We guide people through transformational processes and projects; from strategic planning processes for companies or NGO’s to projects where we stimulate sustainable economic development.
Or from long term sustainable masterplan planning for governments to building and executing a digital donation platform to support NGO’s.
We all have a hands on mentality and believe in long term partnerships to eventually create the change needed. In all projects we connect with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations where possible. We are therefore also very proud to be part of the steering committee of the United Nations Local 2030 network for islands worldwide.
